I believe that every person deserves to be heard, supported and treated with dignity especially when facing life’s challenges. For more than 12 years, I have supported children, adolescents, adults and families who experience grief, trauma, emotional distress, family difficulties and other complex life circumstances.

My approach is shaped by my professional background in social work, family life education, crisis intervention and counselling. I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients are encouraged to explore their experiences, strengthen healthy coping skills, rebuild their confidence and work towards meaningful change.

Through D.E.A.R Wellness Centre, counselling and supportive services are designed to meet clients where they are. Support may include individual counselling, youth and adolescent support, parent guidance, grief and trauma support, group counselling, family counselling and consultations.

My goal is to help individuals and families move beyond merely surviving difficult experiences and move towards healing, restoration, and healthier relationships while also empowering organizations to grow, overcome challenges, and thrive.
